Template and Application Complications

So I have recently been told and reading questions on application formats and there might be some unsure things in as well as things missing. If you list all the things here I will assess them and see if I can answer or solve some issues. please keep in mind you must explain to me what you mean rather than just say "This needs to be fixed" Explain why, please and thank you.

The template for registering your own organization. There is no specified minimum word count for the history field, which I believe will lead to many issues and complaints from members who try to register their own organization. I believe that a minimum word count should be a minimum word count for that to avoid such things. Also, there is no field that states you have to list positions within the organization. That field should be added as well.

Consider it fixed

I believe it would make things much easier to have subforums created under approved characters. That way it will be easier to find a specific application. (Approved Shinigami, Approved Fullbringers, etc)

That really shouldn't matter seeing as you get approved and this has nothing to do with applications or templates
